Ventyr (consisting of Parkwind and Ingka), has won the competition for the first phase of S\u00f8rlige Nordsj\u00f8 II. Ventyr placed the winning bid of 1,15 NOK\/kWh. The consortium now has a four-week deadline to enter into the Contract for Difference with the Norwegian
